The JANEY LOVES Accreditation Terms and Conditions

General – The term of an Accreditation is one year commencing on payment of account.  There is a cooling off period for 48 hours where a refund is available. After 48 hours there is no refund facility for an accreditation, or for any of the items or facilities not used during an accreditation. Imperfectly Natural Ltd reserves the right to withdraw Accreditation at any time.

Accreditation Badges – Will be supplied to accredited companies (AC’s) once their account is paid. Badges are licenced to AC’s not owned, and the licence is valid only during the term of an accreditation.

Endorsement quotes – AC’s are free to use quotes on their websites and marketing during the term of their accreditation only.

Blogs – These are guaranteed to remain live during the term of AC’s accreditation only, and will be created within the first three months of an Accreditation term.

Competitions are offered to AC’s. It is the responsibility of AC’s to submit Competitions using the forms provided.

Video – These may be made at any time during an accreditation. When Video’s require featuring of a product, the product must be supplied to Imperfectly Natural Ltd.

Press – Unless specified otherwise, and in line with most PR organisations, press is not guaranteed.

Spotlight Shows – These may be made at any time during an accreditation. Spotlight shows will be presented to external radio stations, who have final discretion over their broadcast.

Media Consultation – Information and advice given during this consultation is the sole opinion of Janey Lee Grace (JLG).  JLG shall provide support for the facilitation of the Client’s professional development against an agreed set of objectives. JLG cannot guarantee the achievement of these objectives. JLG will seek to enable the Client to improve the quality and success of their business and to achieve other desired outcomes. However, the Client has sole responsibility for taking important decisions in their business. JLG has no liability for any loss incurred by any Client, whether financial or otherwise, following commencement of Media Consultation sessions, or for any perceived failure by the Client, whether justified or otherwise, to achieve a material improvement in quality or success of their business or to achieve their desired outcomes or goals.
